Connect SayBriefly to Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor

Ask your AI tool about your meetings and to-dos in SayBriefly. It reads them through MCP, the standard way AI apps connect to other tools. You ask in the chat you already use, and it pulls the answer from SayBriefly. It can only read. It cannot send, edit or delete anything.

1. What it can read

Five tools, all read-only:

• list_meetings: List your meetings by date range or title.
• get_meeting: Get one meeting: summary, decisions, action items, and the full transcript if you ask for it.
• search_meetings: Find a word or phrase across your transcripts and summaries.
• list_todos: Your to-dos as the To-Do list shows them: open or done, due before a date, by project.
• ask: Ask a question in plain words and SayBriefly answers from your own data.

2. Claude and ChatGPT

Sign in with SayBriefly. No key needed.

• In Claude or ChatGPT, add a custom connector.
• Paste this server URL:

You are sent to SayBriefly. Sign in and approve read access, and you are sent back to the chat.

3. Claude Code, Cursor and other clients

• In SayBriefly open Settings, Integrations, Connect your AI and create a key. It starts with sbk_ and is shown once.
• Add the server URL above with the headerAuthorization: Bearer sbk_...
• Clients that only take a URL can use the private link from the same screen.

4. Things to ask

• "What did we agree with Acme on last week's call?"
• "List my meetings from Monday to Friday and the action items from each."
• "Search my calls for "invoice" and tell me who brought it up."
• "What's on my to-do list for the Northwind project that's due this week?"
• "Draft a follow-up email based on my last call with Sara."

5. Privacy and security

• Read-only. The connector cannot send, change or delete anything.
• It sees only the signed-in user's own data. Each key reads only its owner's data, and only a hash of the key is stored.
• Revoke access any time: remove a key in Settings, Integrations, Connect your AI, or disconnect the app in Claude or ChatGPT.
• The ask tool answers with the AI providers listed in our privacy policy. What your own AI client does with the answers is covered by that client's terms.
