What is AI email?

AI email means using AI inside your inbox to sort messages, summarize threads, find what needs a reply, or write replies. SayBriefly is an AI email filter for Gmail: it sorts every email, turns requests into to-dos, files email under the right client project and flags scope creep.
Is SayBriefly an AI email writer?

Not mainly. It can draft a reply for you to open in Gmail, edit and send, but its job is reading your email: sorting it, finding the requests and catching the changes that cost you money. If you only want help writing, a dedicated AI email writer will suit you better.
Does SayBriefly send emails for me?

No. It drafts replies that you open in Gmail and send yourself. Nothing goes out without you.
Which email providers does it work with?

Gmail and Google Workspace mail, through the SayBriefly for Gmail extension in Chrome or Brave, with the SayBriefly desktop app running on Mac or Windows. Outlook isn't supported yet.
Do I have to switch email apps?

No. You keep using Gmail as you do today. SayBriefly works alongside it and shows the results in the SayBriefly app.
How does it sort my email?

Every email gets one of 15 labels, such as action required, feedback, meeting, billing or newsletter, and a priority level. Noise is marked low priority and never interrupts you.
Can it turn emails into tasks?

Yes. Turn on email tasks and when a client asks you to do something, it becomes a to-do with a link back to the email.
How does it catch scope creep in email?

Emails are matched to the client's project by sender. If the project has a locked brief and the email asks for something the brief doesn't include, you get a scope alert with the client's exact words.
Does SayBriefly get access to my Google account?

No. It never asks you to sign in with Google or for access to your mailbox. The extension reads the email you receive in your browser and sends it to our AI provider to be sorted. The privacy policy lists every provider.
Can I connect more than one Gmail account?

Yes. Connect business and personal Gmail accounts and keep them separate.
