Tips for better speech to text on a MacBook

Two things happened that plain dictation does not do. The "um" and "uh" are gone, and the sentences have commas and periods where you paused. And because "live push Thursday at 4" is a promise, you can dictate it as a task and it lands on your to-do list with a time, so it shows on your calendar too.
